this means that you should love everyone as God love you and you should not treat people different always treat them with respect as you would want them to do unto you.

Ive never been poor only broke being poor is a frame of mind. being broke is a temporary situation 

this means that when different people say that they are broke they just dont have it right now and when someone is poor they dont have a home to live in.
